Referral Program for Care2support
We are excited to introduce our new Referral Program to incentivize you for bring new clients to the business. As a valued team member, you can earn extra income whilst helping us grow and expand our network. Here’s how it works:
How the Referral Program Works:
- Who can refer? Anybody can refer clients to our business.
- What is the reward? For each new client you bring in through your referral, you will receive £0.50 per hour per staff placed with that client though Care2support Ltd.
- Duration of reward: The referral payment is paid monthy while staff work for that client though Care2support Ltd.
Example:
You refer 1 client that requires 1 staff to work 40 hours per week (160 hours per month)
£0. 50 per hour x 160 hours per month x 1 staff = You receive £80 per month
Over time you refer 10 clients, each client require 1 staff to work 40 hours per week
£0.50 per hour x 160 hours per month x 10 staff = You receive £800 per month
Key Benefits of the Referral Program:
- Unlimited earning potential: The more clients you refer, the more you can earn. There is no cap on how many referrals you can make.
- Ongoing income: As long as our staff continue to work for the client, you continue to earn the referral bonus.
